Dutch Cairn Terrier Club supports Frank van Steenbeek's livershunt research

The Dutch Cairn Terrier Club strongly supports Frank van Steenbeek's livershunt research. Many Cairn Terrier breeders have been donating a small amount to the welfare fund of the Dutch Cairn Terrier Club for many years. The NCTC doubles this amount. A substantial contribution to the research has now been donated from this fund. Our Club welcomes the enthusiastic initiatives of breeders and owners of Cairn Terriers to raise more money for the shunt research. The amount they collect with their various activities will be doubled by the Dutch Cairn Terrier Club.

Yvo Veenis, chairman of the Dutch Cairn Terrier Club says: "We wish Frank van Steenbeek great success in continuing his research and hope that other breed clubs will follow the example of the Dutch Teckel Club and the Dutch Cairn Terrier Club and contribute to the solution of this hereditary disease."

Frank van Steenbeek and the entire team of Friends of VetMed would like to thank the Dutch Cairn Terrier Club and all its members for their fantastic support!
